Our Story
RYISE Solutions was born from more than 20 years of combined experience in the federal government and the government contracting industry, where I saw firsthand how mission success depends on the strength of the workforce and the systems that support it. Throughout my career, it became clear that when people, operations, and strategy are aligned, organizations thrive.

As the founder of RYISE Solutions, an SBA-certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), I bring deep GovCon expertise and a disciplined, people-first approach to strengthening organizational capability. I apply the same level of rigor to emerging small businesses building foundational infrastructure as I do to government contractors managing complex, multimillion-dollar portfolios.

About the Founder
As a first-generation Cuban American, my story and the story of RYISE begins long before my own career. It begins with my abuela, a single immigrant mother who built a small business from nothing but determination, courage, and a mission to give her daughters and the generations that followed the opportunity to live the American Dream. She had no roadmap, no resources, and no support system, only an unwavering belief that sacrifice and hard work could create opportunity. Her example shaped my understanding of resilience, courage, and conviction.

Prior to launching RYISE Solutions, I spent more than 16 years as a federal employee, spent years in the private sector after graduating from the University of Georgia - to include working at IBM, which was my first real introduction to business and corporate structure. These experiences and opportunities led me to the most pivotal decisions of my life: leave federal service, join the government contracting industry, and eventually launch RYISE Solutions.
